I'm Ms. Rodolico and this is my 8th year teaching at Hallahan and my 9th year teaching Spanish. I currently teach Spanish II and Spanish IV and I moderate the school newspaper, Sandscript.

Although I always knew I wanted to be a teacher, I decided to study Spanish after I fell in love with the language as a high school student. I attended Immaculata University and graduated in 2007 with a Bachelors of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature and with Spanish K-12 teaching certification.

While I was in college I had the awesome experience of visiting Callao, Perú. While in Perú, I worked at a bilingual girls' school where I assisted the English teachers with curriculum development and instruction. During that time I was also able to travel to various schools in Peru ranging from very wealthy private schools to lower-income schools that were funded by the Fe y Alegría organization. It was a wonderful and culturally rich experience.
In the summer of 2009, I had the pleasure of travelling to Spain for the first time. I visited many beautiful locations in both Madrid and Barcelona and hope to one day return and see Spain's other notable cities.

I received my Masters in Education from Neumann University in May 2013.

I am looking forward to getting to know all of you this year and to watching your language abilities grow!external image DSC01695-1.jpg?t=1256601038In Perú
